Booking | Your deposit confirms your shoot date. All vehicles must be fully valeted inside and out before arrival.

Deposits & Payment

Social & Retainer | Monthly fee paid in advance. Three-month minimum term.

Stock & Stock+ | 30% deposit to confirm. Balance due within 30 days of invoice.

Campaign, Photography, Photography & Videography, Studio & Sales | 30% deposit to confirm. The remaining balance is due before final assets are delivered.

Delivery | All finished assets delivered via secure digital download.

Editing | Two rounds of light edits are included with every package. Additional retouching available at £85 per hour.

Usage & Copyright | Copyright remains with Studio Leeson. All packages include digital and social use. Extended commercial or broadcast licensing available on request.

Travel | No travel charges within 20 miles of Cambridge CB23 1JE. Beyond that, £0.45 per mile.

Cancellation & Rescheduling | Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least seven days' notice where possible.

Insurance | Covered by £2 million public liability insurance. CAA-certified for drone operations.

Liability | Every shoot is carried out with professional care and full insurance. Liability for indirect loss, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Agreement | Booking or paying any fee confirms acceptance of these terms.
