Booking | Your deposit confirms the shoot date. All vehicles must be fully valeted inside and out before the shoot

Retainers | Monthly fee paid in advance. Three-month minimum term

Content day | Website experience | 50% deposit. Balance due within 30 days of invoice

Collector commissions | 50% deposit. Remaining balance due before final assets are delivered

Delivery | All finished assets are delivered via secure digital download

Editing | Two rounds of light edits are included with every package. Additional retouching is available at £85 per hour

Usage & copyright | Copyright remains with Studio Leeson. All packages include digital and social use. Extended commercial or broadcast licensing is available on request

Travel | Travel outside a 30-mile radius of Cambridge is charged at 45p a mile

Cancellation & rescheduling | Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least seven days’ notice where possible

Insurance | Up to £2 million public liability insurance | UK CAA-certified drone pilot

Liability | Every shoot is carried out with professional care and full insurance. Liability for indirect loss, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law

Agreement | Booking or paying any fee confirms acceptance of these terms
