Dealership payments | Signature & Stock | 30% deposit | Balance due within 30 days of invoice

Collector payments | Spotlight, Session, Studio, Sales | 30% deposit | Remaining balance due before delivery of final high-resolution images and video

Delivery | Assets delivered via secure download

Editing | Two rounds of standard edits included | Additional retouching charged at £85 per hour

Prints | Prints sold separately | See the Print Information page

Usage | Copyright remains with Studio Leeson | Digital and social use included | Extended commercial or broadcast licensing available on request

Travel | Charged at 45p per mile

Cancellation & rescheduling | Deposit is non-refundable | Rescheduling should be requested at least 7 days in advance, where possible

Liability | Studio Leeson will exercise professional care | Liability for indirect loss, weather or other unforeseen events is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law

Insurance & drone operations | Covered by £5 million public liability insurance | CAA-certified drone pilot

Agreement | Booking or payment of any fee constitutes acceptance of these terms
